Subject	problems, what should i repair, what to let nissan do?

Message	mass air flow sensor is dead. i can swap this with my eyes closed, no problem. air pump is dead. they said its a bitch to get to and to let them do it. do i really want this on my car to begin with? right hand inner tie rod end needs to be replaced, they said let them do it. left control arm. no idea who to let do this. for everything the estimate $1500. what do you guys reccomend i do, and do you have any info or good prices on some of the parts?
